This course broke everything down in a very clear and concise way. I learned what I’ve doing well and how I need to change my approach and expectations. The best thing about Shirin is I don’t feel like she is lecturing me, but really providing guidance in a supportive uplifting way. I feel more informed and confident on how to deal with her tantrum moments. Thank you and looking forward to the next course!

Read MoreI appreciate how the course is efficiently and effectively brief and very full of tools and examples. It covered many relatable experiences and gave me more awareness of what to focus on to support myself and my children. It reminds me not to take my children's behaviors personally and provides another way to create a loving safe space for the family by staying curious, connected and calm during some of the most difficult times. Especially when there is a child with special needs that is emotionally and mentally challenged and could benefit from this level of support. Thank YOU!
